For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, we first need to know your exact location so that we can check the shipment cost.


We also cater to CASH-ON-DELIVERY (COD) order basis for the following areas:

How long does it take for you to ship the items?

As soon as orders are paid, here are the delivery time for the orders:

BankWire/PayPal Payments: 3-5 working days

COD Manila and GMA: 1-3 working days

COD Visayas and Mindanao: 3-7 working days


IMPORTANT: For payments via bank deposits, please send a COPY OF THE DEPOSIT SLIP to with the subject "DEPOSIT SLIP." Only upon receipt of the copy of the deposit slip will we be able to ship the order.



What courier service do you use?


We primarily use JRS, LBC as our courier service and Ninja Van for our COD orders.



How much are the items?


Prices for ALL the items are found in our online store –


Delivery fees details:

- Free shipping for purchase worth P1000 and up. (Nationwide)
- For PayPal and BankWire: Additional charge of P50 for online purchase worth of P999 and below. (Nationwide)
- For Cash-On-Delivery(COD): Additional charge of P80 for online purchase worth of P999 and below. (Nationwide)


What are your payment options? How do I pay?


You may pay via PayPal, bank deposits (BPI, BDO) and Cash on Delivery.


IMPORTANT: For payments via bank deposits, please send a COPY OF THE DEPOSIT SLIP to with the subject "DEPOSIT SLIP." Only upon receipt of the copy of the deposit slip will we be able to ship the order.


How do I know if you have stocks? (For online orders)


Once you visit our site –, you will see how many pieces per design are available and are in stock.



It has been more than the numbers of days committed and my order hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?


We are very sorry for this and we will look into it immediately. Please email your order details to and put "ORDER FOLLOW UP" in the subject field.

Can I reserve items in your stores?


Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations for now.



Can I exchange items to your stores – I got the wrong size or I decided to get the other design?


Provided that you have the RECEIPT and the item hasn’t been used and is in good condition, it may be exchanged at the store where it was bought.


Do you franchise?


We do not offer this yet. You may however avail of our Bulk Order Scheme. Email for this and put “BULK ORDER’ as the email subject.

We currently are not open for collaborations. Nonetheless, we would love to see your work and who knows, we might be able to work together. Email them to and put “DESIGN COLLABORATION” as the email subject.


When will you open a store in our place?


We are continually praying for and striving to open new stores and hopefully one near or in your area. We will be announcing our store openings via our social media accounts.
